Is there parking available at the MADISON Hotel Hamburg?
Yes, you can conveniently park your car in the public underground parking garage located directly within the MADISON Hotel Hamburg building. The garage, with 320 spaces, has direct access to the hotel; the entrance is located on "Herrengraben" Street. A day ticket for hotel guests costs €28.00 per day. Please note the maximum clearance height is 2.00 meters, and parking reservations are not possible.
Do children stay free at the MADISON Hotel Hamburg?
Children up to 5 years old can stay in an extra bed free of charge. For children aged 6 to 12, we charge a surcharge of EUR 35.00 per night.
Does the MADISON Hotel Hamburg have family rooms?
Yes, our family rooms offer plenty of space at 65 m² and consist of a studio double room and a single room with a connecting door. These rooms are ideal for families and can only be booked upon request – please contact our reservations team directly by phone or email.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome in all room categories at the MADISON Hotel Hamburg. Your four-legged friend will receive a comfortable dog bed, the size of which you can conveniently choose online when booking. We charge €30 per dog per day.
When is breakfast served at the MADISON Hotel Hamburg and how much does it cost?
Our breakfast buffet at the MADISON Hotel Hamburg awaits you with a wide selection: Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and until 12:00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays. For hotel guests, breakfast costs €26.00 per person per day. You can add it to your room rate when booking or decide spontaneously on-site.

The MADISON Hotel Hamburg does not have its own spa, but offers guests exclusive access to the neighboring David Lloyd Meridian Spa & Fitness. There, guests can enjoy an indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness area, and a wide range of wellness treatments. Hotel guests can use the spa free of charge from Monday to Thursday between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.; day passes are available outside of these hours at special rates. Please note: Access to the fitness area is for guests aged 18 and over, and children aged 12 and over are welcome in the wellness area when accompanied by an adult.
