Children up to 5 years old can stay in an extra bed free of charge. For children aged 6 to 12, we charge a surcharge of EUR 35.00 per night.

Hotel guests can use the spa free of charge from Monday to Thursday between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.; day passes are available outside of these hours at special rates. Please note: Access to the fitness area is for guests aged 18 and over, and children aged 12 and over are welcome in the wellness area when accompanied by an adult.

Not all of them, but many: Our Alster, Fleet, and Elbe rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with direct daylight. The Michel and Nikolai rooms only have indirect daylight. We would be happy to recommend the right room for your event.
